About the founder/CEO
Pammela B. Hernandez, CHRP
With over 14 years of multifaceted experience spanning diverse industries, including BPO, education, and talent management, Pammy Hernandez has continually honed her skills and expertise. She began her career as a BPO agent and swiftly ascended to the role of training manager, cultivating invaluable insights into effective communication strategies across various sectors.
Pammy’s unwavering dedication and expertise have garnered recognition, including a feature in Jay Taruc’s Motorcycle Diaries. Transitioning into remote work as an ESL instructor, she adeptly bridged linguistic barriers, fostering collaboration with Japanese professionals and advancing cross-cultural communication.
In her role as Assistant Learning Manager at Rustan Coffee Corporation (Starbucks Philippines), Pammy facilitated professional development training for managers, leveraging her expertise to elevate coaching and leadership skills. Amidst the challenges of the pandemic, she furthered her impact by spearheading talent acquisition and culture development initiatives as the Head of People and Culture at a startup headhunter company.
Pammy’s journey culminated in the founding of LearnifyPH, an innovative online learning platform dedicated to democratizing education and fostering personal growth.
